Partnership Facilitation
In order to develop and implement high impact humanitarian health innovations we recognise the need for collaboration and expert input. At the SIU we support humanitarian health innovators to identify and work with the formost experts to guide their solution development. We leverage our internal MSF connections in addition to external avenues in industry, acedemia and beyond to ensure the best possible foothold for the most promising solutions.
Innovation Solution Development & Co-Creation
MSF field staff and operational leads work directly with the SIU to access design thinking guidance, funding mechanism navigation knowledge, and tailor-made support over six-month cycles to make their innovative concepts a reality.
The SIU implements this through our bespoke three-step process from initation, development and implemention.
Humanitarian Innovation Thought-Leadership
We recognise the importance of disseminating the key insights from our successes and failures to drive the humanitarian and global health innovation environment forward. We share these insights through workshops, events, blog posts, and our bi-monthly newsletter.
